These terms and conditions apply to visitor registrations for, and attendance at, events (each an “Event”) organised by MPIRE GROUP (referred to as “we/our/us”), which is a trading division of VisionWave FZCO and EMENA Consult FZCO. MPIRE GROUP is the data controller with regard to the personal data obtained or generated via the website www.mpirexpo.eu, e-mail, SMS, apps, events.
This privacy statement applies to visitors to the MPIRE EXPO website, the users of the MPIRE GROUP apps, the customers of MPIRE GROUP and their relations, the visitors of MPIRE GROUP events and all persons whose personal data MPIRE GROUP processes, with the exception of persons who work for MPIRE GROUP.

The personal data processed by MPIRE GROUP are (a) personal data that you have provided directly or indirectly via the website www.mpirexpo.eu, e-mail, text message, apps, events or in any other way, (b) personal data generated by receiving electronic messages sent by us or your use of the website www.mpirexpo.eu, apps or similar applications.
